Spectro Service Ltd. offers a variety of plans for the maintenance and repair of instruments - spectroscopy and chromatography. These plans have been carefully designed to suit individual requirements and will provide a prompt, efficient and cost effective service.
Failed Instrument Call Out
Designed for users with instruments that do not benefit from regular servicing. We aim for prompt response from initial contact and the total time of the engineers visit, including both travel and on-site time, is chargeable at the normal rate.
Service Plan 1
Intended for users who wish to contract out the routine maintenance of instrumentation. All instruments covered by this plan are serviced once per annum, travel and labour included. Parts replaced during the service of an instrument are chargeable.
Service Plan 2
Intended for users who wish to contract out the routine maintenance of instrumentation. All instruments covered by this plan are serviced twice per annum, travel and labour included. A discount of 5% is applied to this contract. Parts replaced during the service of an instrument are chargeable.
Calibration and Validation
All contracts on spectrometers include a full calibration. Upon completion a certificate of calibration will be issued.
A Calibration and Validation ( OQ PQ ) service is available for most HPLC instruments.
